The Project

Carnival Mexican Street Food aimed to revolutionize its service by developing an online ordering platform designed to enhance customer experience. The goal was to create a vibrant, brand-consistent interface supported by a customized Content Management System (CMS). Our team initiated the project with detailed mockups that captured the lively essence of the Carnival brand. The new design was implemented across Web, iOS, and Android platforms. Essential to the project was the creation of a tailored CMS and the integration of Authorize.net, simplifying menu management, payment processing, and order tracking.


My Approach

I led the project through its development lifecycle, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to change. I played a crucial role in the design phase, ensuring that our solutions not only met the immediate needs of Carnival but were also scalable for future clients. The platform, integrated with a custom CMS, facilitates secure payments, customizable menu items with modifiers, configurable delivery charges, and efficient order tracking and exports. My approach focused on fostering collaboration, maintaining clear communication, and iteratively delivering value to ensure the project's success.
