The Project
Our goal was to develop a user-friendly movie booking app featuring a streamlined user interface that caters to Emagine's loyal customer base. The app integrates Vista Ticketing and a Loyalty program, allowing users to sign up, collect points, and redeem rewards seamlessly. Additionally, the app offers a simple guest checkout process, enabling quick and efficient transactions.
My Approach
I led the collaboration with Emagine's Marketing and IT departments to establish clear objectives emphasizing brand alignment and usability. Employing key project management principles, I developed a strategic plan that prioritized customer feedback and competitor analysis to guide the app's development. I ensured effective communication and stakeholder engagement by providing regular updates to Emagine, facilitating weekly meetings, and closely monitoring the project's progress. This approach allowed us to maintain focus on project goals, manage risks, and deliver a high-quality app that enhances user experience and brand loyalty.
