The Project
Village Market, a premier provider of quality shopping experiences and catering services, sought to enhance its digital presence with a new E-commerce platform. My team was entrusted with developing a website that not only embodies their brand but also streamlines the catering order process for their customers. The platform includes a custom Content Management System (CMS) that enables secure payments, customizable menu items with modifiers, configurable delivery charges, and features for order tracking and exports.
My Approach
I led the project by establishing a detailed project plan that transitioned from wireframe creation to final implementation.
